Boomi is an integration platform as a service (iPaaS) that helps organizations connect their applications, data, and processes across on-premises, cloud environments, and other ecosystems. It was originally developed by Boomi, Inc., which was acquired by Dell in 2010 and became a part of Dell Technologies. However, in 2021, Dell sold Boomi to private equity firms Francisco Partners and TPG Capital. These firms are now the primary promoters of Boomi.
